PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mina Schultz has been with Wood LLP since 2007. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to joining Wood LLP, Mina held several general manager positions. She is proficient in various legal related areas, including document preparation and editing, document handling and service, electronic document filing, document execution, research, and preparation of tax opinion letters.

At Wood LLP, Mina assists attorneys in the various practice areas of the firm, including document management, analysis, drafting, and revising a variety of client-related documents and work. She is often responsible for editing and managing critical documents that often entail significant administrative duties.

Mina also provides support for the firm’s Accounting and Finance Department and coordinates the publication of the firm’s many books and periodicals. She serves as a Production Editor for The Wood LLP Tax Alert, which catalogs recent tax trends throughout the United States. Mina has edited articles for Tax Notes, bar association journals, and other publications. She assists in editing, formatting, and proofing several legal treatises, and has a significant role in shaping annual updates to legal and tax law texts. In addition, she manages the firm’s website and her expertise extends to website design and programming.

Mina is fluent in Korean and proficient in Spanish.
